This spacious flat called “Cà dei Fiori” is ready to welcome you in an authentic genuine Venice. Here the layout of a flat is still the same as it was where the last Venetian tenant lived in it. It didn’t undergo any “ad hoc” restoration that could distort it but it has remained a spacious family house with simple furnishings but offering a rare high terrace: this is the real luxury of this flat, a space surrounded by the green so, when the weather is mild, you can have your breakfast or dinner outside and enjoy pleasant moment of relaxation at nightfall. The two large bedrooms are endowed with air conditioning so that you will sleep also when the temperature is particularly high. A hall, a kitchen/living room with a sofa bed and a bathroom with shower are the available spaces, placed on a one and a half floors of a typical building. The flat is located in Cannaregio district, behind the Jewish ghetto, a peaceful area of the city, far from the tourist flow but rich in small restaurants and typical “bacari”. The traffic of Strada Nova crosses a few minutes on foot. Strada Nova is an animated commercial street heading towards Rialto and San Marco full of restaurants, shops and the Casinò. Venice is waiting for you.

Arrivals and Departures

Cleaning and Garbage Pickup

Before leaving guests must leave the kitchenette clean and wash dishes and the hob.

Besides, due to the uniqueness of Venice as a city (there are no bins and trash must be left in specific pickup points) guests must take care of garbage pickup.

More info will be provided at the arrival.

An extra fee might be charged in case of non-compliance with this procedure.

Extra Costs

The rental price does not include final cleaning of € 30,00. It does not include city tax too.

City tax is variable, depending on the type of accommodation and must be paid for the first 5 night of stay.

The City Tax for this apartment amounts to € 4,00 per night/person. Kids between 10 and 16 years old pay half of the amount.

Arrival Procedure

At the arrival - or before the arrival in case of self check-in - all guests must provide a valid ID document, to allow registration process and to sign the rental agreement and to authorize the treatment of personal data for purposes mandatory by law.

Condo Rules

All the rules of the condo must be observed. It is forbidden to bother other residents. Loud noises are not allowed between 1:00 and 3:00 pm and between 10:00 pm and 8:00 am (see urban police regulation).

Prices

Price change according to the period, the number of nights and travellers number. Minimum stay requested: 3 nights.

Specials

Special periods (such as Carnival, Biennale, Mostra del Cinema, New Year's Eve)

Minimum Price: € 110 (2 pax)

Maximum Price: € 170 (4 pax)

Reservation and Payments

To check the availability, please contact us via Whatsapp or email.

To confirm the booking will be request a deposit to 30% of the booking amount, excluding extra costs, by bank transfer or Paypal. Any transaction cost shall be paid by the customer.

The balance must be paid at least 5 days before arrival if by bank transfer or 3 days if by Paypal.

The balance in cash on arrival is also allowed. We cannot accept credit card payments.

Cancellation Policy

Until 7 days before your arrival the deposit will be totally refunded. Between 6th and 3th day before your arrival will be refunded the 50% of deposit. From that day on, your deposit won’t be refunded.

Any transfer cost is charged to the customer.

In case of early departure, a penalty equal to 50% of the cost of overnight stays not used will be withheld.
